No, you can order GF options when you arrive. However, if you have severe celiac disease, we recommend messaging us on WhatsApp beforehand so the kitchen can prepare.

What GF flour do you use?

We use a premium Italian gluten-free flour blend made from rice flour, potato starch, and tapioca. It's specifically formulated for pizza and pasta to achieve the best texture.

Do you use a separate oven for GF pizzas?

We use the same wood-fired oven but place GF pizzas on a dedicated pizza peel and ensure the oven floor is cleaned before cooking. The high temperature (400°C) also helps.

Can you accommodate other allergies?

Yes, please let us know about any allergies (dairy, nuts, etc.) and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our staff can advise on ingredients in each dish.

Is there an extra charge for GF?

Yes, there's a 25,000 IDR supplement for GF pizza crust or GF pasta. This covers the cost of our premium gluten-free ingredients.
